Returns Policy

We have a 14 Day return policy, which means that you have 14 days after receiving your order to send your return. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.

We recommend that you carefully try new items indoors, just in case you need to return them. 

Final sale/seconds & sample items are NON-returnable, the price reflects this on all items. All sale items are final sale and non-returnable/refundable.

• Return your unwanted items to us. We recommend that you use a tracked service.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. You are welcome to return any unwanted items and make a separate purchase for the new item/s.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus any postage costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
